ORDINANCE NO. 596
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
289, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, SO AS TO CHANGE
THE AREA REGULATIONS OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES IN NAUTILUS EXTENSION THIRD
AND NAUTILUS EXTENSION FOURTH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Area Regulation of the following described
properties, to-wit:
Blocks 20, 21, 22 and 23 of Nautilus Extension Third,
in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, according to a
Plat recorded in Plat Book 34, at Page 98, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby amended so as to change said properties
from their present Area Regulation District No. 13 to'Area Regula-
tion District No. 27, as said Area Regulations are described in
Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
SECTION 2: That the Area Regulation of the following described
property, to-wit:
Block 24, Nautilus Extension Fourth, in the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, according to a Plat recorded
in Plat Book 40 at Page 6, Public Records of Dade
County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby amended so as to change said property
from its present Area Regulation District No. 13 to Area Regula-
tion District No. 14, as said Area Regulations are described in
Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
SECTION 3: That the Area Regulation of the following described
properties, to-wit:
Blocks 25 and 26, of Nautilus Extension Fourth, in
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, according to a
Plat recorded in Plat Book 40, at Page 6, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby amended so as to change said properties
from their present Area Regulation District No. 13 to Area Regula-
tion District No. 27, as said Area Regulations are described in
Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
SECTION 4: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and they are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5: This ordinance shall take effect immediately after
its passage and posting in accordance with law.

NO. 289, BEING THE ZDNING ORDINANCE OF MIATvI BEACH, FLORIDA,
SO AS TO CHANGE THE AREA REGULATIONS OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
IN NAUTILUS EXTENSION THIRD AND NAUTILUS EXTENSION FOURTH",
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three
conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which
was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 17th day
of April, A. D. , 1941, and that said Ordinance remained posted
for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the
requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
