ORDINANCE NO. 598
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, CHANGING THE NAME OF PINE TREE
DRIVE ON LA GORCE ISLAND, TO PINE TREE
LANE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that certain highway shown and designated as
Pine Tree Drive on Plats of LaGorce Island, recorded
in Plat Book 34, at Page 83, Plat Book 40, at Page 53, and Plat
Book 40, at Page 46, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby changed in name and shall hereafter be
known as "Pine Tree Lane".
SECTION 2: That all persons, firms or corporations owning property
or residing upon the foregoing Street, as renamed and
designated herein, are hereby required to observe the provisions
of this ordinance in designating or numbering residences or posting
signs or markers which may designate the foregoing Street.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hrerby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, A. D. , 1941.

the City of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that
Ordinance No. 598 entitled, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE NAME OF PINE TREE DRIVE ON LAGORCE
ISLAND, TO PINE TREE LANE", having been passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been
posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami
Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said
City on the 17th day of April, A. D. , 1941, and that said
Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days
in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the
said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on this the 20th day of May, A. D. , 1941.
