FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF 12/18/41
SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE Ord. #632 passed
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, 1/21/42
FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That a schedule of rates of salaries for the Adminis-
trative Officers of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
be and the same is hereby established as follows:
A. City Engineer Maximum Salary per Month $440.00
B. City Clerk " " " " 4.60.00
C. Shop and Water Super-
intendent " " " " 370.00
D. Police Chief " I1 " " 370.00
E. Fire Chief " " " " 350.00
F. Tax Assessor " " " " 330.00
G. Chief Building Inspector " " " " 330.00
H. General Recreation Officer " " " " 330.00
I. Beach Patrol Captain " " " " 330.00
J. Municipal Judge " " is " 330.00
K. Associate Municipal Judge " " " " 55.00
L. Golf Course Manager " " " " 180.00
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall become effective on and after June
lst, 1941.

Ordinance No. 603 entitled, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES
TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF", having
been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three con—
spicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which
was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 3rd
day of July, A. D. , 1941, and that said Ordinance remained
posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance
with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City
of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach,
