AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, SO AS TO PROVIDE
FOR ANY LAND OR PREMISES NOT SHOWN WITHIN
THE BOUNDARIES OF ANY USE, HEIGHT OR
DENSITY DISTRICTS WITHIN THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, OR WHICH MAY HEREAFTER BE
ANNEXED TO SAID CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 16 of Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami
Beach, known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding to and at the end of said
Section 16, the following, to-wit:
"Any land or premise not shown within the
boundaries of any use, height or density
districts within the City of Miami Beach,
or which may hereafter be annexed to the
City of Miami Beach, shall be considered to be
the "RD" Single-Family District, and Area
District No. 13".
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its becoming a law.

ZONING ORDINANCE OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR
ANY LAND OR PREMISES NOT SHOWN WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF ANY
USE, HEIGHT OR DENSITY DISTRICTS WITHIN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
OR .WHICH MAY HEREAFTER BE ANNEXED TO SAID CITY!' , having been
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 3rd day of October, A. D. ,
1941, and that said. Ordinance remained posted for a period of
at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the
City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
