Ordinance 626 ORDINANCE NO. 626 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION NO. 5 OF ORDINANCE NO. 394+ OF SAID CITY, BY ELIMINATING GASOLINE RETAIL FILLING STATIONS THEREFROM AND SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR "SERVICE STATIONS", AND REPEALING ALL OTHER ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Section No. 5 of Ordinance No. 394+ of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, under heading "Service Establish— ments and Stations", be, and the same is hereby amended by eliminating therefrom: "Gasoline Retail Filling Stations gas and oil, first pump . , . . $25.00 each additional pump. . • • • • 10,00" and substituting therefor: "Service Stations, First Pump . . . $25,00 Each additional pump . . . . 10,00f and by further eliminating from said section the words "gasoline filling station or filling station" wherever the same may appear, and substituting therefor: "Service Station." SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. D. , 1941, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accord- ance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
