Ordinance 629 ORDINANCE NO. 629 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIMII BEACH, FLORIDA, COMBINING THE OFFICES OF DIRECTOR OF PERSONNEL AND ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER; PROVIDING THAT THE DIRECTOR OF PERSONNEL SHALL PERFORM THE DUTIES OF BOTH OF SAID OFFICES AND PROVIDING FOR THE COM- PENSATION THEREFOR: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the office of Director of Personnel of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby combined with the office of Assistant City Manager of said City, and the duties of both of said offices shall be performed by the said Director of Personnel. SECTION 2: That the salary of said Director of Personnel while performing the duties of both of said offices so combined as set forth in Section 1 hereof, shall be $4-50..00 per month. SECTION 3: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby repealed.. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its becoming a law. D. , 1941, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the require- ments of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
