ORDINANCE NO. 630
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 603 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 603 of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto at the end thereof, the following:
"0 Director of Personnel. Salary per month $225.00
P Assistant City Manager. Salary per month $225.00
CI If Offices of Director of Personnel and
Assistant City Manager are combined.
Salary per month $450.00"
SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its becoming a law,

OF ORDINANCE NO. 603 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ENTI TTJ D "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMIN-
ISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND
FIXING THE RATES THEREOF", having been passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has
been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of
Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in
said City on the 19th day of December, A. D. , 1941, and that
said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
