AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 6o4 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL PAX
SCHEDULES FOR ALL CLASSIFICATIONS OF POSITIONS
IN THE CLASSIFIED SERVICE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF
THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT; PROVIDING FOR ITS AD-
MINISTRATION AND REPEALING ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH",
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:

OF ORDINANCE NO 604 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL PAY SCHEDULES FOR ALL CLASSIFICATIONS
OF POSITIONS IN THE CLASSIFIED SERVICE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL
SERVICE ACT; PROVIDING FOR ITS ADMINISTRATION AND REPEALING
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH", having been passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City
of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall
in said City on the 19th day of December, A. D. , 1941, and
that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City
Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
