BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida:
Section 1. That the 0.8,000 Improvement Bored'__,
Series A, dated December let, 1O1O,heretofore authorized,
be sold at private sale .
Section 2. That the City of Miami Beach accept.
the offer of A - to purchase
said bond:; at par and accrued interest, said offer being
deemed by the City Co .ncil to be the highest and best of-
fer obtainable, which said offer reads ,as follows : •

Gentlemen:
We offer to buy the 418,000 Improvement Bonds, Series
B, of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, da ed Aalel, 1919,

ante of delivery, and we will accept delivery in Miami,

of New York City, approving the validity of said bonds sub-

are to furn is h us the unqualified opinion of Said attorneys .
