A RESOLUTIONofthe City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, making a Tax Levy for the Tax Year 1920, and fixing the
millage on Real and Personal Property in said city.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coum4l of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida.
Section 1. That there be, and the same is hereby levied, a
tax for the tax year, A.D. , 1920, on all real and personal property
located within the corporate limits of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on the dollar of the taxable cash value of all of said
property in said city the sum of / mills, for the
purposes and amounts as hereinafter ixed, namely:
a. For the purpose of carryinsf the Government of said
city : That is, for the General Fund, mills.
b, For the purpose of paying interest on the outstanding
bonds of said city, and providing a Sinking Fund for the redemption
said bonds; that is, for the Interest and Sinking Fund,
mills.
c. For the purpose of re airs and internal improvements;
that is, for the Street Fund, 41,i_ mills.
d. For the maintenance of ��1e ";dthat is, for the
AFund, "zoo mills.
Section 2. That a certified copy of this resolution be
delivered to each of the following officers and agents of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, namely: the City Tax Asses sor; the City
Clerk; the City Auditor; and the City Depository, and that their
receipts respectively be en therefor.
