A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Miar4
Beach, Florida, numbered /e=;-repealing that certain resolution
passed at an adjourned meeting of said Council held in the coun-
cil chambers August 2, 1920, and entitled Resolution No . 160 ,
authorizing Ninety-two Thousand (.92,000.00) Dollars Improvement
Bonds, Series "C" , dated September 1, 1920, under Section 30 of
the City Charter of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida,
Section 1, That that certain Reiolution adopted at
the adjourned meeting of said Council held in the council chambers
August 2, 1920 and entitled Resolution No . X00 , authorizing
Ninety-two Thousand (4 92,0Ou.0O) Dollars Ii ':rovenient Bonds ,
Series C, dated September 1, 1920, under Section 30 of the City
Charter of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, be , and the same is,
hereby repealed.
Adopted this 13th day of August , A.D. ,1920.
