pas ed at an adjourned meeting of said Council held in the coun-
cil chambers August 2, 1920, and entitled Resolution No . IO ' ,
authorizing Eighty Thousand (x,80,000.00) Dollars Irrrprovement
Bonds, Series "D" , dated Septernberl, 1920, under Section 30 of
the City Charter of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Miami B e a ch, Florida,
Section 1, That that certain Resolution adopted at
the adjourned meeting of said Council held in the council chambers
August 2, 1220, and entitled Resolution No . 10 I , authorizing
Eighty Thousand ( 80,000.00) Dollars Improvement Bonds, Series "D" ,
dated Septox+rber 1, 1920, under Section 30 of the City Char ` er
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, be , and the same is, hereby
repealed.
