RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
HIGHWAY DISTRICT NO. 1. HIGHWAY WAY IMPROVEMENT NO. 1.
WHEREAS, a contract has been duly and regularly entered
into by th City of Miami Beach and s _ ,Ii7L-

for the c truction above designated, and
: REAS, the City Engineer of the Ci y of Miami Beach

and the Street Committeeman of said City have duly reported to the
City Council that the work on said contract has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications governing the same
and have recommended that same be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida:
1st: That said report of the said City Engineer and the
Street Committeeman be, and the same - is, hereby approved and con-
firmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said City be, and he is,
hereby directed to prepare and file with the City Clerk of said
city a preliminary assessment roll in accordance with Section 29
of the City Charter of said city.
