HIGHWAY DISTEICT NO. 2. HIGHWAY IMPROVEMEM NO. 2.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Street Committeeman
have certified to the completion of the work above designeted,and
WHEREAS, the said certificate has been accepted, approve

ed, confiramd and ordered spread upon the minutes of the City Coun—
cil, and
WHEREAS, the city council by resolution directing the
City Engineer to prepare and file with the Gity Clerk of said City
a preliminary assessment roll in accordance with Section 29 of the
city charter of said city, and.
WHEREAS, the said City Engineer has filed with the said
City Clerk said preliminary assesement roil in accordance with
said Section 29 of the said city charter, which said preliminary
aseesseent roll has been ordered spread upon the minutes of the
City Council,
NOW, THEICFORE, BE IT RE110tVED by the City Council of
the city of Magi Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk be, and ha is,
hereby directed to give notice by pooting that a meeting of the

City Council will be held, on t ':; W - day of Oc+06Qr , A. 1e1940 ,
at 7:30 P.M. at the city council chembere in said city of Miael
Beach for the purpose of reviving written objections from any
and all persons whose property is described in said preliminieri

assessment rolleeay appear before said City Council and file

preliminary alseseeent roll.
That said notice shall be poeted by the said City Clerk
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beacl,Florida,
and at leant two other public places in sale. city for at least teo
weeks prior to said mooti2.
