RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
HIGHWAY DISTRICT NO. 3. HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT NO. 3.
wHEREAS, a contract has been duly and regularly entered
into by the City of Miami Beach and
for the the cons fiction above doeinated, and
74.Hci.'EAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami Beach
and the Street" Committeeman of said City have duly reported to the
City Council that the work on said oontraot has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications governing the same
and have recommended that same be acceptd,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beadh, Florida:
let: That said report of the said City Engineer and the
Street Committeurnan be, and the same is, hereby approved and con-
firmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said City be, and he Jai
hereby direoted to prepay and file ,irith the City Clerk of said
city a preliminary as3eslment roll in accordance with Section 29

City Engineer of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that
the following is a true and correct statement of the total cost
of the work of Highway District No. 3 , Highway Improvement No. 3.
and is composed of the contract price on the work and the estimated
coat of the incidental expenses thereof with description of lots
or parcels of land liable to liens therefor; the asseseed value
of each lot or parcel; the foot frontage of each lot or parcel;
the foot frontage assessment; the total aseesement chargeable
against each lot or parcel computed according to frontage and in
proportion to special benefits received and not in excess of such
benefits; the name of the omer of each lot or parcel where such
can be ascertained by him after diligent inquiry and a statement
of all other things required by the aseesament roll in accordance
with Section 39 of the city Charter of said city.
