RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA
SIDEWALK DISTRICT NO. 2, SIDEWALK IITROVEINT NO. 2.

WHEREAS, a contract has been duly and�� regularly entered
into y he City of Miami Beach and . �/�1, e qa-1-4,-
for th construction above designated, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami Beach
and the Street Committeeman of said city have duly reported to the
City Council that the work on said contract has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications governing the same
and have recommended that same be accepted,
ThTREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida:
1st: That said report of the said. City Engineer and the
Street Committeeman be, and the same is, hereby approved and owl-
firmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said city be, and he is,
hereby directed to prepare and file with the City Clerk of said
city a preliminary assessment roll in accordance with Section 29
of the City charter of saidcty.

I , the undersigned
City Engineer of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that
the following is a true and correct statement of the total cost
of the work of Sidewalk District No. 2,Sidewalk Iuprovement No. 2,
and is composed of the contract price on the work and the estimated
cost of the incidental expenses thereof with description of lots
or parcels of land liable to liens therefor; the assessed value
of each lot or parcel; the foot frontage of each lot or parcel;
the foot frontage assessment; the total assessment chargeable
against each lot or parcel computed according to frontage and in
proportion to special benefits received and not in excess of such
benefits; the name of the owner of each lot or parcel where such
can be ascertained by him after diligent inquiry and a statement
of all other things required by the assessment roll in accordance
with Section 29 of the city charter of said city.
