WHEREAS, a subdivision of a part of Government Lot 7,
Section 23, 54, 42, lying on the west of Indian Creek and south
of the Jas. H. Snowden property, to be known as Flamingo Bay
Subdivision No. 1, . has been made by the Miami Beach Improvement
Co., and a plat of same has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach for their approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City i
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said plat is heieby

approved by them.
