RESOLUTION NO. 138
7IEREAS, a re-subdivision of Lots A - B - C and D
1 of Ocean Beach Addition No. 3 and a subdivision of the tract
of land bounded on the South by said. lots A- B - C and D ,
on the West by Alton Road, on the north by the North line
of Eleventh Street produced westwardly and on the East by
Michip•an Avenue, known as IENOX MANOR SUBDIVISION; has
been made by The Miami Ocean View Company, and a plat
of same has been presented to the City Council of the
,,ity of Miami Beach for their approval.
NOW, T?-IREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said plat
11 is u,,i eby approved by them.
