A Resolution of the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, authorizing the private sale of $50,000.00
of Water Bonds and $25,000.00 Fire Department Bonds authorized
by said pity Council by its resolution adopted Nov. 17, 1920.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach, Florida:
Section 1: That this Council by a unanimous vote
of all members present taken upon roll call hereby authorizes the sale at
private sale for the best price deemed obtainable of all or
any part of $50,000.00 of Water Bonds and $25,000,00 of Fire
Department Bonds which were authorized by an election held within
said City on Aug. 14, 1920 and by this Council' s resolution adopted
Nov. 17, 1920.
PASSED and Adopted this 19th day of January , A. D. , 1921.
