Under resolution passed and adopted by you on the 19th
day of January, 1921, ordering this improvement and directing me
to prepare plans arid specifications of said imprevement and an
estimate of the cost thereof with estimated cost of incidental ex-
penses, I have filed plans arid specifications of said improvement
with the City Clerk, arid I herewith submit and file with the City
Clerk estimate. of the cost of said improvement and estimated cost
of incidental expense thereof.

SIDE,°BALK DISTRICT No. 5, SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT No. 14 5.
Whereas, on the 19th day of January, A. D. 1921, the
City Council of Miami Beach, Florida, passed and adopted a
resolution ordering the improvement designated as SIDEWALK
IMPROV .ZENT No. 5, SIDEWALK DISTRICT No. ", and directed the
City Tngineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of
such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and
specifications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the City Council of
Miami, Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
/ posted at the door of the City Hall of the City of Miami Beach,
i Florida, andat at least two other public places in said city,
towit : at Hardie' s Casino and U.S.Post of 'ice.n t i '. m Beach
a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council of
Miami Beach, '_?lorida, to be held at the City Hall in the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, on the day of February, 1921,
at 7:30 o' clock P. M. the City Council will hear the remonst-
ances of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution ordering said improvement.
