A R ;SOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH? FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE PURCHASE OF LOT 11 of Block 11 , according to a plat recorded
in P1..t Book 3 at page 11 of the public records of Bade County,
Florida, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a
mortgage for a part of the purchase price.
BE IT RES.OLV2ID That the City of Miami Beadh, Florida, do
purchase Lot 11 of Block 11 of Ocean Beach, Addition No. 1 , ac-
cording to a plat recorded in Plat Book 3 at page 11 of the pub-
lie records of Dade County , Florida; that the Mayor and City
Clerk of said city are hereby authorized to immediately .execute
a mortgage to D. L. Williams , Harry Williams and R. W. Goddard
the owners , for a part of the purchase price of said lot, and.
make and deliver a voucher upon the funds of this city for $1400.
for a part of said purchase price , said mortg-ge to secure the
payment of two notes , which the mayor .and city clerk are directed
to make , execute are. deliver, each dated "715119ZI
one in the sum of $1428.''0 payable one year after dote , and one
in the sum of $1456.0 ' payable two years after date, each bearing
interest at the rate of six per cent per annum payable semi-
annually ,
