A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH REQUIRING ALL OWNERS OF PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY TO CLEAR
TH.IR PROPERTY OF AND DESTROY WEiDS, UNDERGROWTH, RUBBISH, DEBRIS,
TRASH AND UNSIGHTLY AND UNSANITARY MATTER WITHIN A CERTAIN TINE ,
AND PROVIDING. FOR THE GIVING OF NOTICE TO THEM.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach , Florida:
First, That all owners of property within this city
be and they are hereby required to clear their property of and
destroy weeds , undergrowth, rubbish, debris, trash and unsightly
and unsanitary matter within 10 days from the date of
notice by this council.
Second, That the city clerk for and on behalf of this
council do. forthwith give notice to owners or their agents of
the re quirerne nts of this resolution, which notice shall be in
the following form:
Miami Beach , Florida
To
Owner of Lot of Block
You are hereby given notice that the undersigned City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida does hereby require
you to clear the above described property belonging to you of and
destroy weeds, undergrowth, rubbish, debris , trash and unsightly
and uns ani tary matter wi thin 10 days from the date •
hereof. And if this requirement is not complied with within
said tine , this City Council will cause such work to be done and.
nuke the cost thereof a charge and lien against such property
respectively, which charge shall forthwith be due and payable .

Third, if such pro per ty is not cleared as herein before
required within the time herein before limited, this City Couneii
shall cause such work to be done and make the cost thereof a charge
and lien against such property respectively in accord with the
provisions 7672 of the Acts of the Legislature of Florida of 1317.
