BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of.
Miami Beach, Florida:
That the campaign to eradicate mosquitoes
and clean up the Beach, from the Alton Beach Property to the South
end of the Beach, start actively on Monday May 2nd and continue
to November 15th or terminate at any earlier date fixed by
Council on one weeks notice.
That H. K. B. Davis shall have entire charge of this
work, employing a a .discharging all labor and buy all necessary
equipment and sullilles.
The compensation to be paid Mr. Davis for his services
shall be 50.00 a weekS payable weekly for time actually put in.
That to do necessary preparatory work his time
shall start on Thursday, April 21st 1921.
