SIDEWALK DISTRICT NO. 4 ' SIDEWAT,r' IE ROVEMENT NO. 4
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, i lorida,
met on the 3rd day of August, A. D. 1921, at 7:30 P. M. at the City
Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, pursuant to the notice of
said meeting, as per Section 29 of the city charter, to hear all
written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment
roll of Sidewalk District No. 4, Sidewalk Improvement No. 4, by any
person whose property is described in said preliminary roll, and
WHEREAS, the City Council having re eived and considered all
written remonstrances filed at the confirmation of the said prelim-
inary roll by any person whose property is described in said roll.
THEREFORE, $E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Mimi Beach,
Florida, the prima facie assessment roll as indicated on said pre-
liminary assessment roll is less than the amount of which said lots
and parcels of ground is benefited by said improvement; that the to-
tal cost of said improvement in the sum of fourteen Aousand, Nine
Hundred oft& Nine and 36/0 014,909.36) Dollars , is hereby approved
and confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ten ( 10) days after the date of this
confirmation of said assessment roll the same be delivered to the City
Clerk of said city and said City Clerk is hereby ordered, thirty (30)
days after the date of this resolution, to make collections of the
assessments therein as required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this Zrd day of August , A. D. 1921.
