Be it resolved b r the City Council of Miami Beach, .?lorida:
That the construction of the following described-improvements is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
MIALI AVENUE; To be paved to a width of twenty-eight ( 28 ) feet
with a penetration macadam pavement from the south property line of
Fisher's First Subdivision of Alto ., Beach and Pine - • e. ' bdivia A
to the south property line of Lincoln Road, a��jj • �� . i a :oo1# 2,
Page #77 and Plat Book #6, Page #34, Public fl cords of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed tto pre. pare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
.expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publication of not ices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessrLeats and
bonds as Hihway Improvement . H-12 and the property against which

assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be desig-
nkted as District H-12.
