Be it resolved by the City Council of hiami Beach, Ti'lorida ' g
is
That the construction of the following described improvements is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under :vection 29 of the City Charter;
OCEAN DRIVE: To be scarified, resurfaced and widened to a width of
twenty-five ( 25) feet with a penetration macadam pavement , from the
North property lineio Bias e_ Avenue to the North property line of
Sixth street , acs ow i bV—f2, fage f38 , Plat Book f3, Page
f151 and Plat Book #4, Page #83, Public Records of Dade Qounty, rclorida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and uperin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as highway Improvement . H-13 and the property against which
assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designat-
ed as ighway District . H-13
