Be it resolved by the City Council of Miami Beach, .e'lorida:
That the construction of the followin described improvements is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter;
ATLAN'1iU boul,NVAHD To be scarified, resurfaced and widened to a
of forty-seven (47) feet with a penetration macadam pavement and
concrete curb and gutter, from the south propyty/j4Re f 'ic,ti St et
to the South property line of Second Street as ow n at loo 2,
.gage #38 , rublic Records of Dade County, £'lorlda. The macadam pavement
to be thirty-six ( 36) feet wide.
The City .Zingineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said inrorovements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, includin an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications:.and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Highway improvement : . H-14 and the property against which
assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder slkall be desig-
nated as District H-14
