Be it resolved
That the construction of the following described improvements is 4,34F
hereby ordered to be made; the city Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
ATLANTIC BOULEVARD: - To be scarified, resurfaced and widened t o a
width of forty-seven (47) feet with a penetration macadam pavement and
concrete curb and gutter, from the South property li e,9f c NM)r �;
to the North property line of Biscayne Avenue, arebbi` ri ilelat-" Boo e,
Page 4638, Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The macadam pavement
to be forty-four (44) feet wide.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to iarepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the copt of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and szperint en-
dente of the wark, the preparation of plans and specifications and es-
timate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the -pre-
paration of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Highway Improvement . H-15 and the property against which
assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designat-
ed as District H-15.
