Whereas , on the q.7th day of ugust , 1. 21 , the City C.; 4i 1praseve
and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement design ,ted ri::g1Wa$r
improvement H-15, District n-l5, and directed the City . r,g?ne to prepare and
file plans and specifications of such improvement and Ln estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses,
and the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost and estimate
of incidental expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the
City Clerk.
Therefore, Be it resolved by the City Council of Miami Beach, r'lor-
ida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be postedat the door of the City all
to the City of Miami Beach, nardie' s Casino and the U.S.Post Office in the
City of Miami Beach, a notice sta ing th .t at a meeting of the City
Council of Miami Beach, to be held at the City ball in the city` of Miami
Beach, on the 19th day of October, at7:30 o ' clock r. ii. , the City Coun-
cil will hear the remonstrances of all persons interested to the confirma-
tion of said resolution ordering said improvement.
