Whereas, on the 21st day of September, 1921, the City 'Cthundil passedx
and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated as Highway
Improvement h-22, District H-22, and directed the City Engineer to pre-
pare and file plans and specifications of such improvement and an esti-
trate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estineto of cost and
estimate of incidental etpenses lave been filed by the City Engineer
with the City Clerk.
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the City Council of Miami Beach, i lor-
ida, tile' the City Clerk shall cause to _postedat the door of the City hall
in the City of Miami Beach, Hardie' s Casino anc the C. .Post uffiae in the
City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, to be held at the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, on the 19th day of uctober, at 7:30 o' clock a M. , the City Coun-
cil will hear the remonstrances of all persons interested to the confir-
mation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of October, A. D. ,, 1921. ,,
