A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH REQUIRING ALL OVINE'S OF PROP-
•ERTY WITHIN SAID CITY TO CLEAR THMI PROPERTY
OF AND DESTROY WEEDS, UNDERGROWTH, RUBBISH,
DEBRIS , TRASH ADN UNSIGHTLY AND UNSANITARY
MATTER WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME, AND PROVIDING
FOR THE GIVING OF NOTICE TO THEM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
F First: That all owners of property wityin this city be and they
are hereby required to dear their property of and destroy weeds, under-
growth, rubbish, debris, trash and unsightly nd unsanitary matter with-
in ten (10) days from the date of notice by !s Council. Aft
Second: That the City Clerk for and : n behalf of this council do
forthwith give notice to owners or their agents of the requirements of
this resolution, which notice shall be in .the following form:

You are hereby given notice that the undersigned City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, r'lorida does hereby require you to clear
the above described property belonging to you of and destroy weeds,
undergrowth, rubbish, debris , trash and unsightly and unsanitary
matter within 10 days from the date hereof. And if this requirement
is not complied with within said time, this City Council will cause
such work to be done and make the cost thereof a charge and lien
against such property respectively, which charge shall forthwith be
due and payable.
