THIRD STREET IN SAID CITY FROM COLLINS CANAL
BRIDGE ON THE WEST TO COLLINS AVENUE ON THE EAST
TO A WIDTH OF EIGHTY (SO) YEET, BY TAKING FROM
TEE OWNERS OF PROPERTY ABUTTING ON SAID STREET,
TEN (10 ) FEET OF LAND ABUTTING ON TEE NORTH S IDE
OF SAID PROPOSED STRET T TO BE WID1N1ED, AND BY
TAKING TEN (10) FEET ON THE: SOUTH SIDE OF SAID
STREET PROPOSED TO BE WIDENED, AS RECORDED IN
PLAT BOCK 5, PAGE 7 , PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUN-
TY, FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF MIAI,II BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That said City Council of the City of kiami Beach, Florida,
in behalf of the City, hereby declares its intention to and hereby no-
tifies all property owners concerned of its intention to widen Twenty-
third Street , a street in said City, to a width of eighty ( 80) feet,
from Collins Canal Bridge on the West to Collins Avenue on the East,
by taking ten 1,10) feet of land from the abutting property owners land
on the North side of said street fron Collins Canal Bridge on the West
to Collins Avenue on the East , and by taking ten ( 10 ) feet of land
from the abutting property owners land on the South side of said street
from Collins Canal Bride on the West to Collins Avenue on the East, as
recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 7 of the Public , ecords of Dade County,
Florida, said property to be taken from the owners of property abutting
on said Twenty-third Street , proposed to be widened by the exercise of
the right of eminent domain, at such tine in the future as will be ad-
visable and most convenient to said city, and all property owners are
hereby given notice of such intention that they may observe the provi-
sions of this resolution in improving their property.
