RESOLUTION No. 232
District H-23 Highway Improvement H-23
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Flor-
ida:
That the construction of the following described improvements
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
OCEAN DRIVE: To be widened from the present rock pavement to the
concrete sidewalk on the East side of the street , ( an average width of
seven feet ) with a six inch pavement of macadam and one application of
oil , from the North property line of Sixth Street to the north property
line of the ten foot street adjoining on the North, Block 19 of Ocean
Beach .ddition to. 2, as said ocean Drive is shown in Plat look 3, Page
11, an`c". in Plat Book 2, Page 56 , Public records of Dad County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. Ihis
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as .Highway improvement h-23, and the property against which assess-
merits may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as
District H-23.
