District H-16 Highway Improvement H-16
Be it resolved by the City council of the City of Miami Beach, &lor-
ida:
Tlst the construction of the following described improvements
is hereby ordered to be made; the city Council he reby setting forth
its intention to proceed under aection 29 of the city Charter.
2IiTH STREET: To be paved to a width of fifty ( 50) feet with
a pavement and concrete curb and gutter
from the Wiest property line of Alton Road to the jest property line of
Washington Avenue , as said riifth Street is shown in Plat Book 2,
Page 81 , Public Records of Dade County, 1'lorida. The
pavement to be forty-six ( 46) feet wide.
'The city Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection
•
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and speci-
fications and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary
and proper. his improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as highway Improvement H-16 , and the property
against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder
shall be designated as District H-16.
