District H-12 Highway improvement H-12
Be it resolved by the Uity council of the city of - iami .3each, 4}lor-
ida:
That the construction of the following described improvements
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
ALTON ROAD: To be paved to a width of twenty-eight ( 28) feet
with a penetration macadam pavement from the South property line
of .11'irst Street to the West property line of Jefferson Avenue , as
said Alton Road is shown in Plat book 2, Page 81, Public Aecords of
Dade County, r lora.da.
JEFFERSON AVENUE: To be pavedto a width of twenty-eight ( 28)
feet with a penetration macadam pavement from the center line of Com-
merce Street to the -North property line of Biscayne Avenue , as said
Jefferson Avenue is shown in Plat Book 2, Page 81, Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
BAY ROAD: To be paved. to a width of twenty-eight ( 28) feet with
a penetration macadam pavement from the North property line of 'if-
teenth Street to the South property line of Lincoln load, as said Bay
Road is shown in .Plat Jook 4, Page 125, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the city Ulerk plans and specifications of said improvements
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses ne-
cessary and proper . '-'his improvement shall be designated in all
proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-12 , and
the property against which assessments may be rade for the cost there-
of hereunder shall 'be designated as District H-12.
