District SK-7 Sidewalk Improvement SK-7
Be it resolved by the city Uounci l of the city of rliami Beach, r&lor-
ida:
That the construction of the following described improvements
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
FIFTH STREET; To be paved on both sides from the East property
line of Alton 1'toad to the lest property line of Wa: hington Avenue
with a standard ten ( 10) foot concrete sidewalk, as said F=ifth Street
is shown in Plat Book 2, Page 81, Public .tecords of Dade County,
'1orida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and. other surveys , the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparatiion of plans and
specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses ne-
cessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all
proceedings, assessments aid bonds as Sidewalk improvement 5K-7, and
the property against which assessments may be made for the cost there-
of hereunder shall be designated as District SK-7.
