District H-2O Highway Improvement H-20
Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Miami Beach, Flor-
ida:
That the construction of the following described improvements
ids hereby ordered to be made; the City council hereby setting forth
its intention of proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter .
LIBERTY AVENUE: To be macadamized by oil:irguo a width of fifteen ( 15) feet
from the North property line of JAineteenth Street to the South property
line of Twenty-first Street, as said Liberty Avenue is sllown in Flat
Book 5, Page 7 and Deed Book 297, Page 242, Public Records of Dade
County, i'lorida.
TWENTIETH ST: To be macadamized by oiling to a width of fifteen ( 15) feet
from the West property :line of Collins Avenue to the past property
line of Washington Avenue , as said .twentieth Street is shown in Plat
Book 5, Page 7 and Deed Book 297, Page 242, Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
TWENTY-FIRST St : To be macadamized by oiling to a width of fifteen ( 15)
feet from the rest property line of Collins Avenue to the East propeirty
line of . ashington Avenue , as said Twenty-first Street is shown in Plat
Book 5, Page 7 and Deed Book 297, Page 242, .public Records of Dade county,
J'lo rida.
The city Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the city vlerk plans and specifications of said improvements
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estirate of the
cost of the expenses af preliminary and other surveys, the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses ne-
cessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all
proceedings, assessments and bonds as Ilitghway improvement H-20 , and
the property against which assessments may be made for the cost there-
of hereunder shall be designated as District ii-20 .
