Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Be ch, Florida:
That the construction of the following described improvements is
hereby ordered to be made; the Uity council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the city Charter :
An eight inch
8,/) Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances,
In Alley between Meridian and Euclid Avenues from center line/Sixth Street
to center line of Fifth Strep. Anue
In Fourth Street from center line -Meridian/o center line of Eur id Avenue
In Euclid Avenue from center line of .Fifth Street to center lin, Tnird Sto
In Second Street from center line of Meridi n Ave. east to center line of
alley between Meridian Ave. and Euclid Ave.
In Alley between Meridian Ave and Euclid Ave. from center line/Third Street
to the center line of SecondbAatreet. of
In First Street from center line, Jefferson Ave to center line/Alton Road.
In First Street from center linelOcean Drive to center line of alley
retween Ocean Drive and Collins Ave.
In Ocean Drive from cehter line of First Streit to north lin9Biscayne Ave.
In Alley between Commerce Street and First Stret from center line of
Jefferson Ave. to the west line of Washington Ave.
In Alley between Commerce Street and Biscayne Ave from the center line of
Jefferson Ave to the west line of Washington Ave.
As the aforesaid streets,avenues and alleys are shown in Plat Book 2,
Page 38 and Plat Book 2, Page 81, Public Records of Dade County, FloridE
The City Engineer is here by directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary axe. proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sewer Improvement Sr 1 , and the property
against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder •
shall be designated as Dist ct Sr 1
