District SR-2 Sewer Improvement . SR-2
Be it resolved by the uity council of the uity of iiiami Beach, r1lorida:
That the constructioeof the following described improvements is
hereby ordered to be made; the city council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
A ten inch 401*
( 10") Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenancE
of
in First Street from center linEy Jefferson Ave. , to the center line
of Lieridian Avenue.
In Jefferson Ave. , from the center line of leirst Street to the center
line of Biscayne Avenue.
In Fifth Street from the center line of Alton Road to the center
line of ichigan Avenue.
As the aforesaid streets and avenues are shown in Plat Book 2,
Page 81 , Public _Records of Dade Couhty, rrlorida.
The city Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and ny other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-2 , are. the prop-
erty against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof here-
under shall be designated as District SR-2
Passed and adopted this 7th day of June , A. D. , 1922.
