Be it resolved by the city Council of/. ity of Miami Beach, .sloriri a:
That the cors traction of the following d escribed improvements is
hereby ordered to be made; the city Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the city Charter.
A twelve inch
( 1 ) Terra Cott* Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances
In Meridian Ave. , from the center line of Second Street to the center
line of First Street.
In First Street from the center line of Jefferson Ave to the center line
of Washington Ave.
As the aforesaid streets and avenues are shown in Plat Book 2
Page 81,. Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Sngineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the city clerk plans and specification of said improvements and an
estimate. of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
exile ne es of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. 'his
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
borri.s as Sewer Improvement . Sria3 , and the prop-
erty against which assessments may be mI de for the ccs t thereof here-
under shall be designated as District Sr-3 •
