Be it resolved by the City Council o ff/ Oity of 1 iami Beach, Florida:
That the construction of the following described improvements is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under section 29 of the City Charter.

A fifteen inch
( 15") Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances
In Meridian Ave. , from the center line od Second Street to the center line
of Sixth Street.
In Sixth Street from the center line of meridian .` ve east to the center
line of the alley between Meridian and Euclid Avenues.
In Alley between Meridian and Euclid Avenues from the center line of
Sixth Street to the center line of Ninth Street.
As the aforesaid streets, alleys and avenues are shown L.n Plat Book
2, Page 81, Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and s pecifiaationsof said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
experE es of Preliminary and of r; -r surveys , the inspection and ;Alperin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the
preparation of bonds and any other eypenses necessary and proper. '.,'his
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sewer Improvement Sr 4 , and the prop-
erty against which asseswent s may be made for the cost thereof here-
under shall be designated as District Sr 4
