RESOLUTION NO. 246
District H-12 Highway Improvement
Whereas, on the 7th day of June , 1922 , the City t �.
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the imnrevement desag-
nated as Highway Improvement . ;. g,-12 , District H-12 , and
directed the city Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications
of such improvement and an es time.to of the cast thereof, including an
estina to of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifica-
tions and estimate of cm t and estunato of incidental expenses have been
filed by the city Engineer with the City Clerk.
l'herefor e, Be It Resolved by the City Council of Miami Beach, for-
a, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door of the
City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Hardie' s Casino and the U. S. Post
Office in the city of Miami Beach, a no tice statim th. t at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach, to be held at the city Hall in the
City of Miami Beach, on the 5th day of July, meq„ , at 7.;) o' clock
. a. , the city Council will hear the remonstraric es of all le reons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said im-
provement.
