Thereas, on the VrtA day of 3.922, the city Council
passed and adopted a resolutio orderire the improvement designated
Sewer Improvoment 3R-2 , District sg-2 , and
directed the City En4.neer to prepare and file plans and speoifioaticine
of such improvement and an estivate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the incidental expenees, and the said plans and specifica-
tions and estimate of cost and ectL,tate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the uity 'i;ngineer with the City Clerk.
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the City Council of Miami seach, rlor-
VIP, that the City Clerk shall ou e to be posted at the door of the
City HR11 in the. City of Miami Bench, Hardie's Casino ars3 the U. 6. Post
Office in the City of Miami Bench, a notice stating that at a meting
of the City Council of Miami Beach, to be held at the City Ik1.1 in the
City of hemi Bench, on the 5th day of July,/y- at 7:30 o' clock
P. 1 . , the City Counoil will hear the remonstrances of all persons
intorted to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said im-
provement •
