District SR-3 Sewer Improvement sR_43
Whereas, on the 7th day of June , 1922, the City Coun-
cils passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated
as sewer Improvement SR-3 , District SR_3 , and
directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications
of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estii to of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifica-
tions and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
Therefore, .ae It Resolved by the Cit Council of MiamiBeach, �'lor-

ida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door of the
City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Hardie ' s Casino and the U. S. Post
Office in the City of tgiiami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami :3each, to be held at the City Hall in the
City of Miami Beach, on the 5th day of July,/x.22 , at 7:30 o' clock
P. M. , the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said im-
provement.
