Resolution 256 RESOLUTION No. 256
District SR-5 Sewer Improvement 3R-5.
Whereas, on the 7th day of June , 1922, the city Coun-
cil passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated
as Sewer Improvement SR-5 , District SR-5 , and
directed the City Engineer ire prepare and file plans and specifications
of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifica-
tions and estimate tf cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the L'ity ;engineer with the city clerk.
.i'herefore, be It i esolved by the: City Council of iami beach, .L ior-
ida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at tilo door of the
Cityhall in the City of miami .beach, Hardi e' s Casino and the U. S. Post
Office in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting
of the city Council of i.liami beach, to be held at the City Hall in the
City of Miami beach, on the 5th day of July /f-�, at 7:30 o' clock
P. M. , the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said im-
provement.
