RESOLUTION No. 258
District Stt-7 Sewer Improvement SR-7
Whereas, on the 7th day of June , 1922, the City Coun-
cil passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated
as ter= Improvement ZW -7 , Jistrict S R - 7 , and
directed the City. Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications 40,4
of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifica-
tions and estimate d cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
file:, by the city _;ngineer with the city clerk.
:Therefore, Be It esolved by the city council of 1 iiami Beach, :color-
ida, that the city clerk shall cause to be posted at the door o± the
city Hall in the city of Miami Beach, Hardie ' s Casino and the U . S. Post
Office in the city of Miami Beach , a notice stating that at a meeting
of the city council of £Uliami Beach, to be held at the city Hall in the
City of ivliami Beach, on the 5th day of July,/ Z. at 7:30 o ' clock
P. N. , the city council will hear the remonstrances of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said im-
provement .
