of the cost thereof , including an estimate .if the cost of he incie
dente]. expenses of said irprovement , end whereas the City eiditor hao
reeorted in writing to the ity Council that funds are in the treasury
applicable to and sufficient foe the payment of the eity' s uheero of the
cost of said improvement , Led whereas duo notice by publicati on as re-
euired by the City Charter hes been made that the City Council would
on the 5th dey of July, 1922, at the City hall at 7:30 o' clock 2. LI. ,
receive and hear the remonetranoes of all interested persons to the
confirmation of mid resolution ordering said ir-rovement, and all re-
monstrances r -ceived having been heard and considered by the City Coun-
cil.

Florida, that the said 1esolution of the City Council ordering said

Be It Further osolved, That the City Clerk cause to be published
at least once in the Liemi Daily Letropolis, a newspaper of general
cireeee tion in the City of Liaei Beach , also throughout the etate,
a notice calling for sealed bids to be received by the ,ity Council on
the 26th, day of jaly 192° at
7.30 o' clock e. L. , for
the construction of said work. eaid notice—sTithe the ire2rovemont le
to be constructed and paid for in cash, under section 29 of the City
Charter. -ny bid coveting iork to be done under more than one resolution
shall be in such form as to permit a separation to be made of the coot under
each resolution. sash proposal must be accompenied by a certified ceock
upon a bank or trust company of lorida in the amount of 2-1„, per cent. of
the amount of the bid , payable to the City of Miami Beech, to insure the
execution of contract to carry put the work in accordance with the piens
