Whereas, on the 5th day of July, 192' the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the il.rprovement desig-
nated as BdRhway improvement H-16 , District H-16 , and directed
the City Tngineer to prepare and file plans and specifications
of such improvement and an estivate of the cost thereof, including
andestimate of the incidental expeAses , and the said plans and
srecificFtions and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental ex-
penses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City clerk.
Therefore, Be it resolved by . the City Council of miami beach,
Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door of

tCity Hall in the City of 1iiami Beach, Hardie ' s casino and the
U. S. post Office in the city of niami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting: of the City vouncil of jdiami Beach, to be held at the
City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, on the 19th day of duly, 1922,
at 7 :30 o' clock i. . 1 . , the city Council will heE- ,,he remonstrances
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement.
