A RESOLUTION GRANTING A PERMIT TO THE SUN OIL
COMPANY TO ERECT AND MAINTAIN STORAGE TANKS
OR RESERVOIRS FOR STORAGE _:.ND DISTRIBUTION OF
OILS AND GASOLINE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAAI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Sun Oil Company be, and it is hereby granted
a permit to erect and maintain tanks or reservoirs for the storage
and distribution of gasoline and uil, and that the Ohief of the
vire Department be and he is hereby authorized to grant a permit
in accord with the City ordinance, provided that said tanks be
erected and maintained upon the following described property, and
provided they are erected in accord with the plan attached here-
to and the buildings erected for use in connection therewith be
erected in accord with the building ordinances of this city. The
property above referred to is Lots 28 ,29 ,30 and 31 of Block 111
1 of Ocean Beach Addition i'umber 3. .....•
Section 2. The requirements of Ordinance iio. 145 as to storage
of gasoline for garages and gasoline filling stations shall not be
exacted, and is hereby construed to be applicable to garages and
filling stations only.
