.REREAS, an amended plat of Llocks rt , B and .{' of Fair-
Green Subdivision, Miami Beach, Florida, has been prepared
by F. K. shworth, registered engineer for . ugust Geiger
and his wise , Guth M. Geiger, and,
ITHERES, said plat has been presented to the City Coun-
cil of the City of i,d_ami Iseach for their approval.
THEREFORE, BEIT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, that the said Plat auove referrea to
be and hereby is approved by them, subject to the approval
of the City Attorney.
